I used to believe that the only way to lose weight was by placing strict limits on myself. I would stand in front of the mirror, absorbed in negative thoughts about my body, always striving to resemble the celebrities and influencers I saw in the media.
I attempted every diet and weight loss scheme imaginable - from Keto and Paleo to teatoxes, juice cleanses, and fasting. However, none of these methods provided the long-term solution I so desperately sought.
That's when I decided to educate myself about food and nutrition. I discovered that restrictive eating not only failed to make me thinner or happier, but it actually left me feeling sad, angry, and frustrated.
As a devoted food lover, I knew there had to be a better way. So, I hit the reset button and began rebuilding my relationship with food. I abandoned the toxic diet culture and stopped letting external influences dictate my eating habits. Through inner work and self-discovery, I found balance and learned to cherish every single meal without guilt.
Now, as a health coach, I am passionate about helping others find their "size happy" too. My mission is to guide you on your own journey to self-love, body acceptance, and a nourishing, guilt-free relationship with food.
