Empathy: Nurture your internal compass.

In this case, empathy refers to developing a deep understanding and acceptance of your own body's needs and signals. This is about learning to listen to, respect, and respond to what your body is communicating to you.

Appreciation: Practice gratitude and self-compassion.

Cultivate a daily practice of gratitude, acknowledging the progress you've made and the strengths you possess. Remember to treat yourself with kindness and compassion always.

Choice: Embrace the freedom of choice.

Strive for balance and flexibility in your approach to food and exercise. Reject the all-or-nothing mentality and allow yourself to enjoy a variety of foods and activities without guilt or judgment.

Enjoyment: Prioritize joy and pleasure.

Make a conscious effort to engage in activities and experiences that bring you joy, both in and out of the realm of food and exercise. Identify the ways in which you can nourish your mind, body, and soul, and make these a priority in your daily life.
